Direct pressing, skin maceration with Roussanne Fermentation at low temperatures (18° to 20°) Part of the wine is aged in french oak for 6 months. |
| Wine & Food : |

Serve at 8°C Appearance : bright golden yellow. Nose : bouquet of acacia flowers, roasted almonds and apricots Palate : good acidity. Produced from grapes picked at perfect maturation, this wine is supple but powerful, with a long-lasting aroma. Excellent as an aperitif, this wine well suited to asparagus, delicatessen, shellfish dishes in creamy sauce, goat’s cheese.
