Vinification close to a red wine. From a blend of run free wine which bring the aromas, the fruitiness, the freshness and the acidity, and from a press juice which preserves the richness, the structure and power of the wine.

|
Complex bouquet of red fruits, maturing towards mellow hints of stoned fruits and roasted almonds. Round in the mouth, with aromatic strengh and finishing with a spicy after taste when served chilled. This wine is perfect with Asian food, spicy food, and as a summer drink.
