The harvest is over,
after giving us its fruits, the nature takes back its rights: mustard flowers
delight foraging insects. After flowering, we will mow to grow a nourishing
grass for the flock of sheep that will come to clean the plot. Here the famous
plot "maison champo" which gives the cuvée Terroir. Then mechanical
tillage. Zero herbicide at Château Beauchêne. During this time the seedlings
are prepared on the other plots, so it will be a choice of flowering plants,
