100-year-old Grenache, 50-year-old Syrah and Mourvèdre. Immediately impressive, spicy, peppery nose – very promising. Medium-bodied, well balanced, the fruit has good ripeness but isn’t overly sweet. It has a very tailored shape, and finishes savoury and structured. Perhaps not the longest finish, but this has real interest and detail. 2016-2022
